Yewww! is a term borrowed from surfing. I scream it when I see someone catch a sick wave. It captures the excitement you get when you witness someone else experiencing full stoke and being really awesome. What could be better than that?
Yewww’s product line includes ocean and reef safe zinc sunscreen (woo, colors!), petroleum-free surf wax, biodegradable hair ties (how many of those have you lost off your wrist?), organic lip balm, an organic electrolyte drink.
While all packaging and product ingredients are non-toxic and biodegradable, it was important to capture the joy and fun of the outdoors, spanning diverse sports. Yewww is loved surfers, divers, snowboarders, skiers, climbers and endurance athletes. Yewww can save the world!
The average hair elastic takes 500 years to decompose, and the majority of surf waxes use petroleum, which is toxic to our bodies and marine life. As the outdoor industry grows and more and more humans are recreating in the oceans and mountains, it’s important to use personal products that not only keep nature safe, but actively fight climate change.
